株式会社トモノカイは、あなたの肖像等を撮影した動画及び画像について、下記に定める使用範囲において無償で使用させて頂きます。
【使用範囲等】
１．本動画及び本画像を使用した、株式会社トモノカイ及び株式会社トモノカイが指名した学校などの制作した印刷物・商品・各種電子メディア（CD-ROM、インターネット等）で使用させて頂きます。
２．株式会社トモノカイ及び株式会社トモノカイが指名した学校などが、本動画及び本画像の選択、編集等ができるものとします。
３．本動画及び本画像の使用地域には制限がありません。
４．本動画及び本画像の使用期間には制限がありません。
５．本動画及び本画像のデータ、それを出力した印刷物等、またそれらの見本の提供はできません。

Regarding the Usage of your Portrait
We, Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. request you to let us use photography and video of you in our programs with no remuneration, under the conditions below;
1. Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. or the school permitted by Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. will use the photography and video in their printed materials, products, digital media (CD-ROM, websites etc.)
2. Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. or the school permitted by Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. can choose and edit the photography and video
3. Area on the usage of the photography and video is unlimited
4. Period of time on the usage of the photography and video is unlimited
5. Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. or the school permitted by Tomonokai Co.,Ltd. will not be able to provide you the output or any of its samples
