Tomonokai Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users on the services provided by the Global Education Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

Article 1 (Personal Information)
The term "personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, which is information about a living individual that can be used to identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description contained in the information, as well as information that can be used to identify a specific individual by itself, such as appearance (personal identification information).

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)
The Company will ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address when a user registers as a member, applies for a job using the application form, submits a resume, student ID, or residence card at an interview, prepares and submits materials for use in a program, or submits a service outsourcing agreement.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
1. The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:
     1. to provide and operate our services.
     2. to provide business partners (schools, travel agencies, and other parties involved in the operation of the service) in advance information about the participating international students
     3. to respond to inquiries from users (including identification)
     4. to send emails with information on new information, updates, and other services provided by the company.
     5. to contact you when necessary, such as for maintenance or important notices.
     6. to change the user's registered information, and to stop the distribution of digital newsletters
     7. purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

2. "Business partners" specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph shall not have the right to use the information for the purposes specified in items 1 through 7 of the preceding paragraph, and shall only be permitted to view the information.

Article 4 (Change in the Purpose of Use)
1. The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of use is related to that before the change.
2. In the event of a change in the purpose of use, the Company shall publish the changed purpose in a manner prescribed by the Company.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
1. The Company will not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases.
     1. when it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the user
     2. when it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
     3. when it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a person or organization entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
     4. when it is permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the party to which the information is provided shall not be considered a third party in the following cases
     1. when the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
     2. when personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
     3. when the information falls under the category of "business partner" as defined in Article 3.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.
If the Company receives a request from the User as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall make the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
1. If the Company is requested by an individual to stop using or erase the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "stop using, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that the personal information was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will stop using the personal information without delay.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is posted on this website.

プライバシーポリシー

株式会社トモノカイ（以下，「当社」といいます。）は，当社グローバル教育共創室が提供するサービス（以下,「本サービス」といいます。）における，ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下，「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条（個人情報）
「個人情報」とは，個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし，生存する個人に関する情報であって，当該情報に含まれる氏名，生年月日，住所，電話番号，連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。

第2条（個人情報の収集方法）
当社は，ユーザーが会員登録をする際,　応募フォームにて応募をする際、面談にて履歴書、学生証、在留カードなどを提出する際、プログラムで使用する資料を作成し提出する際、業務委託契約書を提出する際に氏名，生年月日，住所，電話番号，メールアドレスなどの個人情報をお尋ねします。

第3条（個人情報を収集・利用する目的）
1. 当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は，以下のとおりです。
     1. 当社サービスの提供・運営のため
     2. 取引先（学校・旅行代理店・その他サービス運営に関わる者）に対し、参加留学生に関する情報を事前に提供するため
     3. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
     4. ユーザーが利用中のサービスの新着情報，更新情報及び当社が提供する他のサービスの案内のメールを送付するため
     5. メンテナンス，重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため
     6. ユーザーの登録情報の変更，メールマガジン配信停止の手続きなどを行うため
     7. 上記の利用目的に付随する目的
2. 前項2号に定める「取引先」は、前項1～7号に定める目的に利用する権利を有さず、閲覧のみを許可されます

第4条（利用目的の変更）
1. 当社は，利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り，個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。
2. 利用目的の変更を行った場合には，変更後の目的について，当社所定の方法により公表するものとします。

第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）
1. 当社は，次に掲げる場合を除いて，あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく，第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
     1. 人の生命，身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
     2.公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
     3. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
     4. 個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められるとき
2. 前項の定めにかかわらず，次に掲げる場合には，当該情報の提供先は第三者に該当しないものとします。
     1.当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
     2. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
     3. 第3条に定める「取引先」に該当する場合

第6条（個人情報の訂正および削除）
ユーザーは，当社の保有する自己の個人情報が誤った情報である場合には，当社が定める手続きにより，当社に対して個人情報の訂正，追加または削除（以下，「訂正等」といいます。）を請求することができます。
当社は，ユーザーから前項の請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には，当該個人情報の訂正等を行うものとします。

第7条（個人情報の利用停止等）
1. 当社は，本人から，個人情報が，利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由，または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により，その利用の停止または消去（以下，「利用停止等」といいます。）を求められた場合には，遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。
2. 前項の調査結果に基づき，その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には，遅滞なく，当該個人情報の利用停止等を行います。

第8条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は，法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて，ユーザーに通知することなく，変更することができるものとします。
当社が別途定める場合を除いて，変更後のプライバシーポリシーは，本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。
