How to get interviewed on ZOOM?＜Eng×Android＞ver.

～First is ZOOM preparation before interview～
・Interviewing time is only on week days (Mon-Fri) from 11:00 till 18:00.
・Find a quiet place so we could hear you well.
・Check if the signal is good and if you have internet connection.
・Don't be stressed!
1. Downloading ZOOM App
Download "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" App.

Sign in (or sign up) isn't necessary.
After downloading the app, you can close it.
２．Link for the interview
Please access the link that you got from Tomonokai in email.
3. Insert your name
Please, insert the same name you used in application.
4. Camera access permision
Please allow ZOOM access permition to use your camera.
5. Waiting for the interview
Please wait for the interview to begin.
If the interview doesn't start in 1-2 min it means that other person may be being interviewed at that moment.
In that case, please wait a bit longer or access the link once again later.
6. Audio settings
When you've been allowed to join the meeting, you'll see audio settings. Please click "Call via Device Audio".

Finally the interview begins!

When this screen is displayed, Tomonokai is not accepting interviews.
We can't accept the interview from 18:00 to 11:00.
In addition, if it's during Tomonokai interview hours, it can be system misfunction. In that case, if this screen is displayed on Tomonokai interview hours, please contact us. <03-6756-8623>
