DAY0: Travel & Overnight Stay (No program)
※Meeting time will be around 16:00 around Tokyo Station in Tokyo
└To ensure an 8:00 arrival at the school in Nagano, all international students must arrive in Nagano on June 2 (Tue) as it is not accessible from the Kanto area on the same morning. The accommodation around JR Nagano station will be booked by Tomonokai (2 members/ 1 room).
※Dinner is not included

DAY1:9:20〜20:00
※Meeting time will be around 7:00 around Nagano Station in Nagano
※Break up time will be around 20:30 at Venue in Niigata
※Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner included

DAY2：9:00〜16:30
※Meeting time will be around 8:30 at venue in Niigata
※Break up time will be around 16:45 at Nagano
※Breakfast / Lunch included

※Total working hours APPROXIMATELY 14 hours for 2 days
※Depending on the traffic situation, breakup time may change. Please leave your availability open on the final day.

※From Tokyo station to Nagano station, we will use Shinkansen. You don't have to pay for that(Client will pay).
※From School in Nagano to venue in Niigata, we will take a bus with the students. You don’t have to pay for that (Client will pay).
※Depending on the traffic situation, breakup time might change. Please leave your availability open on the final day.

■Contents & your roles
・Style：Outdoor + Indoor program
・Students：Jr. High school students
・Contents：Senior Buddy's life timeline and my future (Career)
Joining students’ groups, and assisting them throughout the program.
Please make a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for them to enjoy communicating in English (NOT teaching)!
You will have the chance to introduce your country’s culture, and its connection with the world.

■Accommodation and meals
・Accommodation will be fully provided from 2026 Jun. 2 (Tue.) - Jun. 4 (Thu.)
◎Accommodation for Jun. 2 (Tue) -Jun. 3 (Wed)
・Breakfast for Jun. 3 is included. The hotel may not be able to arrange meals for all food restrictions participants have. In that case, participants may be asked to bring their own food. Details will be shared after the job offer
・Rooms
Share: participants will be sharing a room with several other participants of the same gender
・Bath/shower
Individual shower available

Only large bath available (individual shower not available)

･to participate fully from the start to the end (any payment will not occur if you cannot participate fully from the start to the end)

■Payments
・Base payment (including PPT preparation): 18000 yen
+Fixed Transportation Allowance from your home to the venue(bus fee included): 1500 yen in total
・Reimbursements
①Transportation fee ②Admission fee (no food and beverage) you paid during the program
※Please keep notes/receipts/evidence on the expenses to claim after the program until payment day.
※We can't pay for taxis, highway buses and limited express trains. Please use Public transportation.
※Shinkansen ticket from Tokyo station to Nagano station will be provided by our client.

※Payday: The 25th of the next month after the program's final day through Japanese bank transfer only. To participate, a valid Japanese bank account of your own is required.
Payments and payday are non-negotiable. We do not offer early payments/individual fee adjustments.
