■Dates
※Please note※
・The course will be divided into 2 courses.
・At the application form, we will ask your availability of each course
・We will give you information about which course you are assigned to after your job offer.　
・Please understand that we will not be able to consult with your assigned course according to your preference. (If you select “Not available", you will not be assigned to that course)
・From the program place to the accomodation, it may take about 25 minutes to walk everyday. Thank you for your understanding.

<Course A>
2026 Aug. 3 (Mon.) ～ Aug. 7 (Fri.)
※8/3 Meeting time will be around 8:00 around Tsurumi Station area in Kanagawa
※8/7 Break up time will be around 17:00 at around Tsurumi Station（We’ll take the bus to the hotel from the school. Depending on the traffic situation, breakup time might change. Please leave your availability open on the final day.）
※Day1: Lunch (Please bring your own lunch) / Dinner included（Dinner will be provided by our client)
※Day2-4：Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included（Every meals will be provided by our client)
※Day5：Breakfast/Lunch included（Every meals will be provided by our client)

<Course B>
2026 Aug. 5 (Wed.) ～ Aug. 7 (Fri.)
※8/5 Meeting time will be around 8:00 around Tsurumi Station area in Kanagawa
※8/7 Break up time will be around 17:00 at around Tsurumi Station（We’ll take the bus to the hotel from the school. Depending on the traffic situation, breakup time might change. Please leave your availability open on the final day.）
※Day1: Lunch (Please bring your own lunch) / Dinner included（Dinner will be provided by our client)

■Briefing
It is mandatory to watch our briefing video (approx. 30 mins) before the program.

■Contents & your roles
・Style：Indoor program
・Students：Jr. High school students
・Contents：Cultures in the world
Joining students’ groups, and assisting them throughout the program.
Please make a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for them to enjoy communicating in English (NOT teaching)!
You will have the chance to introduce your country’s culture, and its connection with the world.

A venue in Fuji-Yoshida , Yamanashi

■Accommodation and meals
・Accommodation will be fully provided from 2026 Aug. 3 (Mon.) - Aug. 7(Fri.) for Course A and 2026 Aug. 5 (Wed.) - Aug. 7(Fri.) for Course B
・Meals will be adjusted by our client. Our client may not be able to arrange meals for all food restrictions participants have. In that case, participants may be asked to bring their own food. Details will be shared after the job offer
・Rooms
Share: participants will be sharing a room with several other participants of the same gender
・Bath/shower
Individual shower available

■Payments
※All participants will take a chartered bus to from Tsurumi Station to Yamanashi’s facility
<Course A>
・Base payment (including PPT preparation): 47,000 yen
+Fixed Transportation Allowance from your home to the venue(bus fee included): 1500 yen in total
+Fixed Lunch Allowance: 1,000 yen(Only for Day1)
※Payday: Program’s next month 25th through Japanese bank transfer only. To participate, a valid Japanese bank account of your own is required.

<Course B>
・Base payment (including PPT preparation): 30,000 yen
+Fixed Transportation Allowance from your home to the venue(bus fee included): 1500 yen in total
+Fixed Lunch Allowance: 1,000 yen(Only for Day1)
※Payday: Program’s next month 25th through Japanese bank transfer only. To participate, a valid Japanese bank account of your own is required.

Payments and payday are non-negotiable. We do not offer early payments/individual fee adjustments.
