■Dates
2026 Jul. 21 (Tue.) ～ Jul. 22 (Wed.)
DAY1:9:30〜16:30 (+Night activity for an hour)
※Meeting time will be around 8:00 around Minami Kusatsu Station area in Shiga
※Break up time will be around 20:30 at Venue
※Dinner included

DAY2：9:30〜15:00
※Meeting time will be around 8:00 around Minami Kusatsu Station area in Shiga
※Break up time will be around 15:15 at School
※Breakfast included

※Total working hours APPROXIMATELY 15 hours for 2 days

■Contents & your roles
・Style：Indoor program
・Students：Jr. High school students
・Contents：Cultures in the world
Joining students’ groups, and assisting them throughout the program.
Please make a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for them to enjoy communicating in English (NOT teaching)!
You will have the chance to introduce your country’s culture, and its connection with the world.

Ritsumeikan University, Biwako Kusatsu Campus

■Accommodation and meals
・Accommodation will be fully provided from 2026 Jul. 21 (Tue.) - Jul. 22 (Wed.)
・Dinner on Day 1 and breakfast on Day 2 will be provided at the venue's cafeteria.
・Please arrange your own lunch. (The cafeteria is available for use.)
・Rooms
Share: participants will be sharing a room with several other participants of the same gender
・Bath/shower
Only large bath available (individual shower not available)

･to participate fully from the start to the end (any payment will not occur if you cannot participate fully from the start to the end)
･English level - Business conversational level

■Payments
・Base payment (including PPT preparation): 20000 yen
+Fixed Transportation Allowance from your home to the venue(bus fee included): 1500 yen in total
+Fixed Lunch Allowance: 2000 yen
※Payday: Program’s next month 25th through Japanese bank transfer only. To participate, a valid Japanese bank account of your own is required.

Payments and payday are non-negotiable. We do not offer early payments/individual fee adjustments.
