※Break up time will be around 12:00 at MetaLife

■About MetaLife
The program will be held in a virtual space called “MetaLife”.
It allows you to create and move an avatar within a virtual event venue. All participants will interact on MetaLife during this program!
You do not need to create an account to participate.
This program requires a computer (Windows or Mac) that can use Google Chrome. Joining with smartphones/tablets is not acceptable because you have limited access with them.

■Briefing&Pre-training
It is mandatory to attend our prior online briefing. Details will be shared after the job offer.
We are planning to have a briefing on MetaLife as a pre-training. You will have the time to learn how to use it.

■Contents & your roles
・Style：Online program
・Students：High school students
・Contents：Cultures in the world
Joining students’ groups, and assisting them throughout the program.
Please make a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for them to enjoy communicating in English (NOT teaching)!
You will have the chance to introduce your country’s culture, and its connection with the world.

■Requirements
=General=
・Participation for at least five times in Tomonokai programs
Reason: As this program is online and Tomonokai cannot provide direct support, prior experience with Tomonokai programs is highly desirable
･To be in Japan on the program date
･Who enjoys communicating with Japanese students
･To be able to participate from the START to the FINISH (any payment will not occur if you cannot complete from START to the FINISH)

=Skills=
･English level - Business conversational level

=Technical=
・Device: laptop with a camera and microphone
※Avoid smartphones/tablets
・Specification: Windows/Mac that can use Google Chrome
・Internet: to have stable internet connection and a quiet place at your home
・To have LINE account: for internal communication during the program

■Payments
・Base payment (including PPT preparation): 6500 yen
※Payday: Program’s next month 25th through Japanese bank transfer only. To participate, a valid Japanese bank account of your own is required.

Payday is fixed, and it cannot be discussed.
